Travelers wishing to leave the program for a period of time (e.g., to visit a friend or relative) must complete this form. This form should also be completed by travelers taking part in a homestay when a Field Director is not present. Travelers should give their Group Leader a copy of this form and take a copy with them while abroad for their Field Director.
