Traveling with EF
For over 50 years we've helped educators and students discover the world through culturally immersive educational travel. Whether you’re running a program for the first time or you’re a seasoned traveler, we’ll support you every step of the way—before, during and after your program.
Before your program
Partnering with their Program Consultant, educators find—or create—the perfect program for their students.
After choosing a program, it’s time to enroll students. Educators build their group with the help of their knowledgeable Program Consultant, a network of experienced Group Leaders and a collection of online resources.
Whether it’s in person, on the phone or online, your EF support team is there to help you prepare to travel. Group Leaders not only have a dedicated Program Consultant, but also an online toolkit where they can get updates on their program, stay in touch with their group and learn what they need to know to get ready to travel. For travelers and parents, our Traveler Support Team and online experience make payments and account management simple and easy.
During your program
EF can handle everything from flights and hotels to meals and sightseeing, so the group can relax and focus on the study abroad experience. The group's personal, full-time Field Director takes care of the details on the ground and provides cultural insight and knowledge for students.
Everyone travels together on one bus and shares the same Field Director and local guides. Groups that aren’t large enough to fill an entire bus will travel with groups from other institutions. After your program
When you return, we will work with you to refine the program and create a sustainable study abroad experience for your students and institution.
